All editions have the same functionality, but are licensed for different purposes. The Standard Edition is the normal choise, but you may select the Personal Edition for local maintenance and tests.

The Webhotel Edition is intended for application service providers who want to publish their customer's Polydoc databases. A maintenance agreement must be signed for the Webhotel Edition (first year's maintenance is free of charge).

The licence allows installation on unlimited number of computers connected to one single server.

Maintenance / Support

Maintenance is an optional service and includes free normal support and free updates. See current fees.

Upgrade Policy

When upgrading a licence to more modules or users, you can include the current licence fee according to price list provided your licence includes a maintenance agreement.

Discount

Schools, universities etc will get a 50% discount if Polydoc is strictly used for educational purposes only. Does not apply for Polydoc Viewer.
